ГАЛОГЕНЫ (F, Cl) В ПРИРОДНЫХ АЛМАЗАХ: ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ С ПОМОЩЬЮ ВТОРИЧНО-ИОННОЙ МАСС-СПЕКТРОМЕТРИИ (ВИМС)

Аннотация
Галогены имеют важное значение в мантийной петрологии, однако до сих пор их содержания в одном из важнейших глубинных минералов – алмазе оставались неизвестными. В данной работе впервые определены концентрации фтора и хлора в природных алмазах из кимберлитовых трубок, силлов и россыпей Бразилии и Венесуэлы с помощью метода динамической вторично-ионной масс-спектрометрии (ВИМС) и использованием ионно-имплантированных образцов сравнения. Концентрации фтора в исследованных алмазах варьируют от 0.018 ат. ppm до 0.036 ат. ppm (3.2–6.3 × 10 ат/см); концентрации хлора близки: от 0.014 ат. ppm до 0.034 ат. ppm (2.4–4.5 × 10 ат/см). По всей видимости, F и Cl связаны с микровключениями в алмазе, хотя нельзя исключать их вхождение в решетку алмаза. Источники галогенов в алмазах разнообразны. Часть F и Cl являются ювенильными, унаследованными от их первичных концентраций в мантии. Другая часть имеет своим источником мантийный резервуар, образованный за счет субдуцированного осадочного материала. Отношение F/Cl в изученных алмазах (1.00–1.82) аналогично отношениям F/Cl в кимберлитах (0.38–1.68). Оно отличается от оценок для мантии Земли (0.62–0.68) и ближе к величинам в энстатитовых хондритах (1.16–2.77).
